dynamic voice override

This is very similar to dynamic bandwidth allocation. ISDN devices that support dynamic voice override will automatically drop and reallocate one of the channels for a voice (phone) call when the handset of the phone is picked up to make a call or when the phone call is received. Once this call has been completed, the channel is restored to data transfer.
